Tianzhushan Tea Village Sewage Treatment Project

Project Overview:

This project, as a supporting facility for Tianzhushan Tea Village, is located in the scenic Tianzhushan Scenic Area, a national 5A-level scenic spot. The design capacity of the project is 400 tons / day, effectively solving the problem of domestic sewage generated by the tea house, so that the Tianzhushan Mountain scenic area of environmental protection facilities are more complete, the tourist environment is more refreshing and pleasant, but also significantly improve the quality of the living environment of the surrounding residents.

Treatment process and pharmaceutical selection:

The project is improved on the basis of traditional A2O+MBR+Bio-contact oxidation process, and the main process includes anaerobic tank, enhanced denitrification tank, nitrification aeration tank and MBR membrane tank. In the nitrification aeration tank, not only the biochemical degradation of organic pollutants is ensured, but also the nitrification efficiency of Kjeldahl nitrogen is fully ensured. Subsequently, the total nitrogen content in the wastewater is effectively reduced by high-flow backflow to the denitrification tank, utilizing the biochemical synergy of denitrifying bacteria. Meanwhile, in the nitrification tank and MBR membrane tank, the efficient removal of BOD5 (biochemical oxygen demand), NH3-N (ammonia nitrogen) and TP (total phosphorus) was ensured.

In the process of treatment, in order to improve the coagulation and sedimentation effect, this project especially uses the Polyaluminum chloride and polyacrylamide produced by Yuxinhuan as coagulants. As a professional manufacturer of water treatment chemicals, the Polyaluminum chloride and polyacrylamide produced by Yuxinhuan have excellent coagulation performance and stability, which can effectively remove suspended solids and colloidal substances in the sewage, providing more favorable conditions for subsequent biochemical treatment.

By adopting the improved process and high-quality coagulant, this project has successfully realized the efficient treatment of the domestic sewage of Tianzhushan Tea Village, and made positive contributions to the environmental protection of the scenic spot and the improvement of the living environment quality of the surrounding residents.
