Project Overview:

This project is located in Hangzhou, Zhejiang, mainly involving printing and dyeing processing of various chemical fibers, TR/TC and other blended products. During the production process, a large amount of dyeing wastewater is generated, so it is necessary to build an 8500T/D (ton/day) sewage treatment and reuse project to ensure effective treatment of wastewater and recycling of resources.

Processing technology:

The project adopts the main process of “HA/O biochemical system+BAF+coagulation sedimentation+UF+RO membrane treatment system”. This combination process fully utilizes the advantages of each treatment unit, ensuring efficient treatment and stable compliance of wastewater.

HA/O biochemical system: mainly used for biological treatment of wastewater, removing organic matter from wastewater through microbial degradation.

BAF: Biological contact oxidation tank, which further degrades organic matter in wastewater and improves its biodegradability.

Coagulation precipitation: At this stage, high-quality polyaluminum chloride (PAC) produced by YuXinHuan is introduced as a flocculant. Polyaluminum chloride has strong flocculation performance and the ability to regulate water quality, which can quickly coagulate suspended solids, colloids, and dissolved organic matter in wastewater, forming flocculants that are easy to settle. At the same time, YuXinHuan also provides a matching polyacrylamide (PAM) product, which can be used as a coagulant aid to further enhance the flocculation effect and increase the settling speed.

UF: an ultrafiltration system used to remove small particles and colloidal substances from wastewater, ensuring clear and transparent effluent quality.

RO membrane treatment system: also known as reverse osmosis system, used for deep treatment of wastewater, removing dissolved salts, organic matter and other impurities in the wastewater, ensuring that the effluent quality meets the standards for reuse water.

After the above treatment process, the CODcr, chromaticity, SS and other indicators in the wastewater were significantly reduced, and the effluent quality reached the standard for reuse, achieving the resource utilization of wastewater.
