Polyferric Sulfate(PFS), also known as Polymeric Ferric Sulfate and Polyferric Sulphate, is an iron-based inorganic polymer coagulant. The solid is light yellow powder and is easily soluble in water; the aqueous solution is a reddish brown transparent solution. It has the advantages of high hygroscopicity, extremely high flocculation ability, fast sedimentation rate and wide application range.

Widely used in thermal power plants, coking plants, paper mills, printing and dyeing plants, electroplating plants, chemical plants and other heavily polluted wastewater treatment (because of its pH range is wider than that of polymeric aluminium chloride, suitable for pH value fluctuation of water quality).

Uses

    Printing and dyeing wastewater treatment:

    Replace the traditional low molecular iron salt and aluminum salt coagulant, small dosage (about 150ppm), high removal rate of COD and chromaticity, the best pH value of 8.0, to avoid secondary pollution caused by aluminum ion residue.

  • Uses-2

    Electroplating wastewater treatment:

    It can be used as coagulant and complexing agent to deal with stabilizing substances such as copper-ammonia complex, with good effect at pH=11, and can also be used for water reuse.

  • Uses-1

    Paper wastewater treatment:

    It can replace the coagulant such as polymerized aluminum chloride and aluminum sulfate, but polymerized aluminum chloride is needed in the process of paper wastewater treatment and white water reuse, because polymerized ferric sulfate contains strong cations and is not applicable.

Packaging and storage:

    Outer plastic woven bag, lined with plastic film. Each bag weighs 25kg. It can also be customised according to users' *ments.

    This product shall not be mixed with toxic substances, mixed transport, mixed storage. The product should be stored indoors in a dry, ventilated and cool place, and should not be exposed to moisture.

  • Packaging-1 03

    Shelf life: solid product storage period of two years, should be placed in a ventilated, dry place, moisture does not affect the use of the effect.
