Efficient water purification materials and inorganic polymer coagulants
[Name] Polyaluminium Chloride, PAC or polyaluminium
[Technical standard] Product quality meets the national standard GB15892-2020
Polyaluminum chloride is a water-soluble inorganic polymer made by hydrolytic polymerization of aluminium salts (such as aluminium trichloride, aluminium sulphate, alum, etc.) under certain conditions, with the chemical formula [Al₂(OH)ₙCl₆₋ₙ]. ₘ.
(1)Spray drying method: Liquid raw material-press filtration-spray drying tower drying-powder finished product;
(2)Drum drying method: Liquid raw material - press filtration - drum dryer drying - granule finished product.
Appearance and Properties
The solid presents as yellow, light yellow, brown, white and other colours of powder, granule;
The aqueous solution shows different degrees of turbidity or transparency.
Coagulation performance
a. Strong electric neutralisation of colloidal substances in water.
b, hydrolysis products on the water suspended in the excellent bridging adsorption effect.
c, selective adsorption of dissolved substances.
d, mainly through the compression of the double layer, adsorption of electric neutralisation, adsorption bridging, sediment net
trapping and other mechanisms, so that the edema fine suspended particles and colloidal ions destabilisation, aggregation, flocculation, coagulation, precipitation, to achieve purification and treatment effects.
As a flocculant and filter aid, it makes the tiny particles in the water gather into larger flocs quickly, and can remove suspended matter, organic matter and some heavy metal ions in the water efficiently.
It can effectively remove pigment, grease, heavy metal and other pollutants in wastewater, reduce COD and BOD of wastewater, and adapt to different pH value and water quality conditions.
Promote the settling and dewatering of sludge, reduce the turbidity of sewage, remove colloidal impurities and suspended matter, and improve the biochemistry of sewage.
Aggregate the dye molecules in the wastewater into larger flocs through coagulation, which can effectively remove the chromaticity and pollutants in the wastewater, and facilitate the subsequent filtration and precipitation treatment.
Chemical reaction with pollutants in wastewater, form precipitates and remove them, and at the same time adjust the pH value of wastewater, making chemical wastewater treatment more efficient and stable.
It has coagulation reaction with pollutants in wastewater to form flocs that are easy to precipitate, thus reducing the suspended matter content and organic matter concentration in wastewater.
Configuration concentration: polymeric aluminium chloride solution is best used now, how much to configure how much to use. Configuration concentration is generally 1% 5%, i.e. 1050kg per cubic metre of water to be dissolved.
Adding amount: according to the actual water quality and water samples of the test results to determine the best amount to add. When the turbidity of raw water is 100500mg/L, the dosage is 1020kg per thousand tonnes of sewage.
Dissolving requirements: polymeric aluminium chloride must be dissolved with water, not with sewage or oily wastewater for dissolution.
