1. Water treatment industry

Polyacrylamide in the water treatment industry applications mainly include raw water treatment, sewage treatment and industry water treatment in 3 areas. In oil extraction, polyacrylamide is mainly used in drilling mud materials and improve oil recovery rate, etc. It is widely used in drilling, well completion, cementing, fracturing, enhanced oil recovery and other oilfield mining operations, with viscosity, filtration loss, rheological adjustment, gelling, shunting, profile adjustment and other functions. Its role is to be able to improve the quality of paper, improve the performance of pulp dewatering, improve the retention rate of fine fibers and fillers, reduce the consumption of raw materials and pollution of the environment. The effect of polyacrylamide used in papermaking depends on its average molecular weight, ionic nature, ionic strength and the activity of other copolymers. Nonionic polyacrylamide is mainly used to improve the filtration of pulp, increase the strength of dry paper, improve the retention rate of fibers and fillers; anionic copolymers are mainly used as wet and dry reinforcement of paper and resident agent; cationic copolymers are mainly used in paper wastewater treatment and filtration aids, and in addition to improve the retention of fillers also has a good effect. 4. Textile printing and dyeing industry

In the textile industry, polyacrylamide as a fabric post-treatment sizing agent, finishing agent, can generate soft, wrinkle, mold-resistant protective layer. The use of its moisture absorption characteristics, can reduce the rate of thread breakage when spinning yarn; polyacrylamide as a post-treatment agent can prevent static electricity and flame retardant fabrics; used as a printing and dyeing auxiliaries, polyacrylamide can make the product fastness to adhesion, high vividness, but also as a non-silicone polymer stabilizer for bleaching; in addition, polyacrylamide can be used for textile printing and dyeing wastewater purification of high-efficiency.

5. Mining industry

6. Sugar industry

8. Pharmaceutical industry

In the construction industry, polyacrylamide can enhance the hardness of gypsum cement and accelerate the dehydration speed of asbestos cement;

10. Agriculture

In agriculture, polyacrylamide as a highly absorbent material can be used as soil moisturizing agent and seed culture agent.
